Condition

As Removed / Removed Serviceable - All units that are marked AR or Removed Serviceable are units that have been removed in Serviceable working condition from aircraft, these units will not come with a release certificate but will come with CASA aircraft tag trace

Repaired / Serviceable - All units tagged Repaired or Serviceable will come with either a CASA form 1 Release or FAA 8130-3.

Overhauled - All units tagged Overhauled will come with either a CASA form 1 Release or FAA 8130-3.

New - All units tagged New will come with Factory Release documentation.

All Equipment: If you wish to return or replace a product, prior authorisation from Complete Avionics is required within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at sales@completeavionics.com to request authorisation for the return of goods.

As Removed, Removed Serviceable, Repaired, Serviceable, or Overhauled Equipment: NOT ELIGBLE FOR REFUNDS. If equipment is faulty or defective, equipment must be sent back to Complete Avionics to inspect and confirm fault before any replacement or refunds are given.

Lagacy Equipment: Limited warranty applies to legacy equipment. NO warranty is applicable for equipment no longer supported by the manufacturer or when affected by obsolescence. This includes, but not limited to sub-assemblies and certain piece parts i.e. cavity oscillators, lenses and displays of certain products.

New Equipment: Complete Avionics will only provide a refund for equipment that remains unopened and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items. For all equipment that is faulty or defective, Complete Avionics will either repair or replace the item depending on the manufacturer's warranty. Defective products covered under warranty must be returned at the customer's expense before replacement items are shipped.
